At Arctic Fever, we close our business for a week, two times a year. So we can rest together.
Minimum Time Off
We encourage our team to take a minimum number of days off each year, so that they're recharged and ready to bring their best.
Caregiving
If schools or facilities providing care for a family member close unexpectedly, caregivers can take half-days.
Summer Fridays
From the last Monday of May to the first Monday of September, we encourage our team to wrap up early on Fridays.
Take Care Days
We know that wellness is both physical and mental. So we have Take Care days to use when needed.
Anywhere Days
Being part of a connected, global team means having the flexibility to be fully remote, wherever that is in our network.
