Half-Time
Copywriting Intern

Job Description
Arctic Fever is looking for a Copywriting Intern to join our Strategy team for a six-month contract.
At Arctic, we build brands and produce work that connects with people through strategy and design. From digital assets, to high-scope productions, everything we make starts with a clear idea and ends words that can’t be ignored.
This role lives at the intersection of strategy and production. You'll write across different formats, mainly scripts, but also campaigns, ad copy, and brand systems — supporting a team that moves fast and expects the words to keep up. We're looking for someone who understands that words carry weight and move people. Someone bilingual, organized, and genuinely obsessed with the craft of writing that connects.
What You Will Do
Write high-level copy across a wide range of formats and clients: scripts for video productions, social media content, campaign variations, ad copy, and more.
Receive briefs at volume and translate them into clear, structured, compelling messages.
Develop scripts for video and high-scope productions: brand films, educational content, social-first formats.
Write and iterate on ad copy variations, understanding not just what to write, but what to change, and which version connects.
Apply information architecture thinking to copywriting: structure complex topics into clear, logical narratives that are easy to follow and hard to forget.
Communicate with clients across industries — real estate, finance, technology, and more — building the right questions to extract what they need to say, and translating that into clear, compelling outputs.
Who You Are
Currently studying or recently graduated in Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, Journalism, Screenwriting, or a related field.
Bilingual in Spanish and English. Not just conversationally, but creatively. You write well in both. You have taste. You know what good branding sounds like and what effective copy feels like.
Structured. You think in hierarchies and frameworks.
Agile. You receive a brief, understand it, and deliver without hand-holding.
You can turn an idea into a system — messaging that scales across formats without falling apart.
A natural storyteller who understands that every format has one job: to make people stop.
A Plus:
Familiarity with brand strategy and how messaging connects to positioning.
A sensibility for film and visual storytelling.
Comfortable with Google Drive and Docs — scripts, sheets, and collaborative documents are part of the daily flow.
Figma familiarity, not required, but it'll make you faster and more independent when reviewing assets and writing variations.
A portfolio — even early work — that shows how you think, not just what you've written.
What We Offer
Six-month contract
Paid Time Off
Company-provided software
No long meetings
Hybrid Model | Monterrey, México
No unnecessary overtime
To apply, please submit your resume. Portfolio is a plus.
