Job Description

Arctic Fever is looking for a Strategy Intern who thinks before they post.

Someone data-obsessed, creatively sharp, and ambitious enough to build campaigns that actually move things — not just look good on a deck. You'll work inside our Partners service, helping B2B and consumer brands grow through paid media, strategic planning, and rigorous analysis. • Plan and manage paid campaigns on Meta and LinkedIn, from audience definition to budget allocation and copy direction.

  • Build structured creative briefs that give designers everything they need — no ambiguity, no assumptions.

  • Analyze campaign performance weekly and translate results into clear, strategic recommendations.

  • Monitor KPIs across client accounts and flag shifts before they become problems.

  • Develop content ideation for monthly clients, aligned with brand strategy, not just trends.

  • Collaborate directly with designers and production leads to ensure execution matches the strategic intent.

  • Research industry benchmarks, competitor brands, and category signals to inform planning decisions.

  • Build and maintain performance reports that communicate insight, not just data.
