The Biggest Branding Mistake? Thinking It's Just About the Visuals.
A logo, colors, and typography are important, but they don't build a brand on their own. A strong brand isn't just recognized — it's felt. It creates trust, tells a story, and makes people choose it over the competition.
Take Nike as an example. When they started, they had great products, but their name (Blue Ribbon Sports) didn't say much. The switch to Nike, paired with the iconic Swoosh and Just Do It, turned them into a movement — not just a shoe company.
They didn't just sell sneakers. They sold ambition, determination, and victory. And that's what made people connect.
Branding isn't just how you look — it's how you make people feel. If your brand isn't creating that connection, it's time to rethink it.
