Job Description

Arctic Fever is looking for a Graphic Designer who designs with purpose.

Someone with a sharp eye, a strong creative voice, and the ability to take a brief from concept to execution — fast. You'll work inside our Partners service, a monthly retainer we run for a range of clients across industries, helping brands show up with consistency, clarity, and intention. This is a role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, takes ownership of their work, and always finds a way to say yes.

Daily Tasks

  • Concept and execute design proposals for clients across different industries with our monthy clients.

  • You'll be given 3 Client accounts to work with.

  • Handle multiple deliverables in a single day without losing quality

  • Collaborate with other designers and contributors on shared projects

  • Stay current on design trends and bring those insights back to the team

  • Communicate proactively with team members to hit deadlines

  • Work within brand guidelines to maintain visual coherence across all touchpoints

  • Stay in sync with the team using tools like Slack, Odoo, Google Drive, and Figma

Requirements

You have 2+ years of professional design experience.
You're fluent in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
You're extremely fluent around Figma.
You have a strong foundation in graphic design and web design.
You understand how to receive a brief, build a strategy around it, and deliver.
You're collaborative, detail-oriented, and results-driven.
You work well under pressure and adapt when projects shift.
2D/3D animation skills are a plus.
