Job Description

Arctic Fever is looking for the next generation of creative minds

A design intern with great taste, sharp instincts, and the ability to bring brands to life one asset at a time. This is not a “make the logo bigger” type of role. You’ll be part of a design team that works closely with our creative leads to deliver visual assets for our monthly Partners, helping brands show up with consistency, clarity, and style. We’re looking for someone who designs with intention—who knows that every layout, color, and type choice serves a bigger story.

Daily Tasks:

  • Design and adapt visual assets for digital platforms (social, web, presentations, etc.)

  • Apply feedback and execute revisions based on creative direction

  • Work with design systems and brand guidelines to maintain visual coherence

  • Support creative production across different projects

  • Occasionally help with internal brand visuals or special campaigns

  • Think strategically about each deliverable: what’s the goal, who’s it for, how does it land?

  • Stay in sync with the team using tools like SlackAsanaGoogle Drive, and Figma

Requiremements

You know how to use Adobe Illustrator well
You’re comfortable with Figma, or open to learning it
You have a good eye for design—typography, layout, colors, balance
You understand how to follow brand guidelines and keep things consistent
You know how to save and organize your files properly
You’re open to feedback and eager to grow
You take initiative, manage your own time, and don’t wait around to be told what to do

Benefits

All our internships are paid — we value your time and talent
Real-world agency experience with client-facing projects
Mentorship from our creative direction team
Paid Time Off
Flexible hours
No long meetings
No unnecessary overtime
