Brand Strategist

Job Description
Arctic Fever is looking for our next Brand Strategist. Someone who thinks before the brief exists.
You don't wait to be asked. You show up with ideas, perspectives, and recommendations. You see a client's business and you already have a point of view. You know what good creative looks like, you know how to back it up strategically, and you're never in a room without something to contribute.
What You Will Do
Develop multi-channel media strategies for a diverse client portfolio โ with a strong emphasis on B2B โ translating business goals into structured plans that drive measurable results.
Plan, write, and manage paid media campaigns across Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads: from campaign architecture and budget logic to copy, creative direction, and optimization.
Write and structure content for the brands in your charge โ editorial calendars, campaign copy, promotional messaging โ ensuring every piece of communication is purposeful, on-brand, and built to perform.
Analyze performance, draw conclusions, and present Monthly Dispatches and Quarterly Brand Reviews to client stakeholders.
Contribute to branding projects as a research and conceptualization collaborator, supporting the brand definition process from insight to big idea.
Who You Are
Degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
1+ years managing accounts and media plans, ideally with B2B clients.
You plan paid media campaigns end-to-end โ copy, creative direction, budget structure, and performance logic.
Fluent in the mechanics of Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Ads: CTR, creative testing, campaign setup, audience segmentation, budget optimization.
A proactive, ideas-first thinker who sees opportunities where others see categories.
You have a strong creative eye. You know what good design looks like, and why it matters.
A Plus:
Figma familiarity , you don't need to design, but you should be able to move around independently.
