Diversity, Equity & Inclusion
Design Driven by Humanity and Purpose
Different minds, better work.
Arctic Fever exists because a brand is only as good as the range of thinking behind it. We build strategy, identity, and design systems for companies that want to be understood clearly and remembered for the right reasons—and that work gets sharper when the people making it don't all think alike.
We're a studio that takes craft seriously. Part of taking it seriously is being honest about where good ideas come from: they come from different backgrounds, references, disciplines, and ways of seeing a problem. When everyone in the room shares the same instincts, the work gets predictable. When they don't, it gets better. Diversity, for us, isn't a statement we post to look responsible—it's a condition for doing the caliber of work we want our name on.
So we build the studio around that. We hire for range as much as for skill, we run projects so that the best idea wins regardless of who it came from, and we hold each other to standards that don't bend depending on who's in the room. Equity means giving people what they actually need to do their best work, not treating everyone identically and calling it fair.
Our commitment
We hold ourselves accountable in three places. In the work, we design brands and systems meant to reach real, varied audiences—not just the people who happen to look and think like us—so inclusive, accessible design is part of the standard, not a feature we add at the end. In the company we keep, we choose clients building things worth building, and we're willing to turn down work that cuts against what we stand for; who we work with is part of who we are. And in the studio itself, we protect a culture where people feel they belong and can say what they think—we invest in our team's growth, we listen when something isn't working, and we change it. Belonging isn't a perk; it's how a small studio stays sharp and stays together.
This isn't a finished project. We treat it the way we treat everything else: as a system we keep refining, measure honestly, and improve deliberately over time.
